GADO GADO
Gado gado, Indonesian food is commonly referred to as a snack. often used as the main menu at the party. Most use vegetables as the base ingredients and peanut sauce as the sauce with sliced egg and fried onions sprinkled on top and a few chips fried crackers are also some that use shrimp crackers.
ingredients:
- 300 g peanut shell, fried, mashed
- 3 pieces of leaves oranges, flue his bones
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tsp salt
- 100 g sugar red, comb finely
- 700 ml coconut milk dilute
- 4 tbsp tamarind (from 1 tablespoon sour and 5 tablespoons of water)

Peanut sauce:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 5 cloves garlic, mashed
- 3 pieces of red chilli, mashed
- 5 kaffir lime leaves
- 250 g peanuts, roasted, remove the skin and blend
- 500 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut grated
- 50 g brown sugar, comb
- 3 tbsp tamarind water
- 1 tsp salt
How to make:
- Fry tofu in oil until the skin is crisp lot. Remove and drain. Set aside. In the same oil, fry tempeh until browned skin. Remove, drain and set aside.
- Arrange vegetables, lettuce, eggs, cucumbers, and tomatoes in a serving dish. Set aside.
- Sauce: Heat oil and saute garlic, chili, and lime leaves until fragrant.
- Enter refined peanut and coconut milk, stir until boiling. Enter the brown sugar, tamarind water, and salt. Cook until sugar dissolves. Lift.
- Pour peanut sauce over the vegetables. Serve immediately.
